The Nice Cote d’Azur hotel, a small charming hotel with 20 rooms nestled between the TGV station and the Promenade des Anglais, abandoned for many years, was completely restored in 2019 to become a 4-star hotel. The complexity of the project lay in its low budget and the requirement of an owner wishing to invest himself personally.
